GENERAL MERCHANDISE AND POLICIES

How soon will I get my order? Most orders of general sport merchandise is shipped in 1 or 2 business days, often the very same day! For custom and personalized merchandise, allow an additional 2 or 3 days to head your way.

Can I change or cancel my order? Absolutely! Call 972-832-7733 or send a note to paula@myteamjewelry within 24 hours of your order and we can try and stop it. If payment already went through, you will be credited the full amount. A refund usually takes 3-5 days to be credited back to you.

What is your return policy? My Team Jewelry wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase but if you receive an incorrect, defective, or unwanted item, please contact MTJ at paula@myteamjewelry.com and I will replace the item or refund if necessary.

Where are My Team Jewelry Products Made? My Team Jewelry orders supplies in the USA and around the world. All products are then hand made by My Team Jewelry in the great state of Texas, USA!

Do you offer bulk or club discounts? Yes! At a minimum purchase of only 15 like items, you can save at least 50% off suggested retail! See the wholesale bulk rate page for more details.

FUNDRAISING FAQs

Who can fundraise with My Team Jewelry? Anyone! If you are a part of a school, booster club, sports team, or non profit organization looking to earn some easy cash, contact My Team Jewelry and see if it is a good fit for your group.

How do I sign up? Click here to complete a short form or call 972-832-7733 and I will gather the necessary information I need to make your fundraiser a success!

How much money does my club raise? Clubs earn 30% of every purchase through their custom shop page and can earn at least 50% if buying wholesale and bulk. MTJ can not predict how much your club will earn. Total income raised varies on amount of club promotion and demand for the product. MTJ’s low risk low investment options prepare your club for any result.

Can I combine fundraisers? Yes! Your club can have both a custom shop page and sell custom merchandise on site or at your next event any time.

Is there a set up fee? There is no up front fees to have your custom shop page set up but a small fee of $35 will be deducted from your first fundraising check to cover the time it takes to create samples, take/edit photos, and create your custom shop page.

How long can my custom shop page remain active? Your shop page can remain up and running for as long as you want to enjoy the benefits! If you just want to host a temporary fundraiser that’s OK too!

How long does it take to set up my custom shop page? Allow up to two weeks for MTJ to create samples, take and edit pictures, and build your custom shop page.

What products are available? Currently, MTJ has over two dozen custom spirit wear jewelry and accessories featuring your club logo or graphic of choice. You may choose a select number or all of products for your custom shop page.

How do I know if our club gets sales? MTJ will work closely with your group rep(s). The type of fundraiser will be dependent on the frequency. For on line shopping fundraisers, sales reports and fundraising checks are sent out at the end of every quarter (March, June, Sept, and Dec).

How does our club get paid? Every quarter (or at the end of your temporary fundraiser), your club will receive a fundraising check and a complete sales summary.

Can our club take orders off line using order forms? Yes. My Team Jewelry will assist your club in creating an order form (your club is responsible for copies and distribution). You take payments for your club, submit the orders to MTJ, and orders are shipped to your fundraising coordinator. MTJ will invoice your club for payment due with your club keeping 30% of the sales.

How long does it take to receive orders? Once your custom shop page is set up, orders can be taken immediately. If customers order through the shop page, it takes 3-5 days to prepare an order for shipment. If the club is using the off line/paper ordering option, it will take as long as your fundraiser lasts. Orders are either shipped directly to your customers for a small shipping fee or FREE SHIPPING if all orders sent to fundraising coordinator/school/group.
